We are retired fabricators and manufacturers who had an interest in robotic automation beginning in the 1980's. We had the entrepreneurial passion and desire to produce better products at a reduced cost, but did not have the money or budgets to buy everything that we needed. We studied computer programming and learned which robotic and electronic components were available and we started to build and test our own tools that could reduce our costs.
The tools we built in the past are not likely to help your business today. But with your ideas and our knowledge and experience we might be able to suggest and provide some low cost methods that would help your business grow.
Our robotics can help with many sectors of your production. We believe in the ability of people, and we know that our tools can help your existing people become better workers. Our tools are designed to enhance workers abilities and not to replace workers.
Robotics work very well for checking and quality control because they never take shortcuts. Robotics and machines and tools do not get tired or distracted and they do not need to cost a great deal of money.
We can supply or help you build functional robotics that drill, cut, weld, bend your steel products. Since our customers build or manufacture products of their own, most of our customers have some ability to supply the steel components of the robotics or automation tools.
Our robotics, mechanisms, methods and tools are designed for the mid size to smaller steel fabricator, manufacturer or machine shop. The large businesses that have a shop full of leased or purchased CNC or robotic machines will not be using our methods. Our methods are designed to get the job done with the least cost and will involve some human interaction with the applications.
